New features and improvements added to Shipup in March and April 2017
We've completely rewritten the signup process for Shipup to make it clearer. New users will now select their carriers and build a simple email template before accessing our app, allowing them to better understand the core concepts of Shipup from the first minutes.
New "Smart Notifications"
We've added to highly awaited notifications: "No tracking update" and "Package waiting at pickup point".
For the first one, you can specify a number of business days without any tracking events for each carrier before we send this notification. It can help you reassure your customers for deliveries spanning multiple days, or you could also send this notification to your customer support to investigate what could have happened before your customer complains.
The "Package waiting at pickup point" is more self explanatory: It allows you to remind your customer to go pick up their package if they've forgotten about it. You can specify the number of business days after the package arrived at pickup point before this notification is sent for each carrier.
15 carriers are now supported on Shipup. If you still don't see your carriers in our supported carrier list, do not hesitate and contact us, we can add carrier support on demand.
