New features and improvements added to Shipup in May and June 2017
You can now get feedbacks from your customers by sending them a satisfaction survey on delivery. This is a NPS survey. Results will be visible in the new "Feedback" section as:
- A dashboard with your key metrics (satisfaction, number of feedbacks collected, ...) filterable by carrier.
- A list of your responses, including your customers' comments about what went well or wrong.
You can also decide to include a "Do you wish to be contacted by support" question when your customer are unsatisfied and decide to be notified by email when the answer to this question is "yes" or if the note falls below a threshold you can determine.
16 carriers are now supported on Shipup. If you still don't see your carriers in our supported carrier list, do not hesitate and contact us, we can add carrier support on demand.
