Shipup installation in Zendesk
The integration is divided into 2 stages:
Step 1: Install the Shipup Support extension
Where? In your Zendesk account via the marketplace.
You will be asked for your Shipup API key. To obtain it:
Go to your Shipup account.
Navigate to Settings > API & Webhooks (or click here).
Click "Copy" under "Private key".
Step 2: Install the Shipup Chat extension
Where? In your Zendesk account via the marketplace.
You will also be asked for your Shipup API key. To obtain it, follow the same steps as in step 1, and note that it is the same key.
How do I set up multiple Zendesk accounts?
It is possible to have several widgets in Zendesk, each with a different Shipup API key.
To do this, you need to return to the Zendesk marketplace here and install the Shipup app a second time (or more if necessary).
