Why does the indicated volume not match what I see in Shipup?

We use several reference dates to track packages at Shipup:

The order date on the e-commerce site: order_date
The date the order was added to Shipup (visible on the Orders page in the Created column)
The tracking number creation date, which corresponds to the date Shipup starts tracking packages and is used for invoicing purposes.

The difference between the figures you can see in Shipup and those in our invoices is due to the fact that we do not use the same "time reference" between the data displayed by default in Shipup. This variation may be a few days (delta between the moment of ordering on the site and the creation of the tracking number by the carrier).

In summary, we use the date that the tracking number was created in Shipup (time reference = added_to_ shipup) to do the billing.
