Each carrier has a default service that is used if you do not send us the service code for a tracking number.

You can change the default service by clicking on the three dots and then on "Set as default".

This is a fallback solution to ensure that you have at least one service per carrier.

Tips:

As soon as you add a new carrier, a base service is automatically created.
This base service is configured with the current carrier service settings:
- of the merchant if it is an existing carrier
- of Shipup if it is a recently added carrier
This base service is automatically assigned as the default service.
The base service cannot be modified if you have not added another service for this carrier.
