Customize the text content (wording) of notifications
Shipup notifications are an extension of your brand image, just like your home page and marketing newsletters.

By default, the wording (email subject line, email title, and body of the email) of our notifications is pre-filled with generic language to work for any carrier/industry.
However, you can choose to modify the wording of each notification to fit your brand voice, thank your clients, and suggest proactive solutions.

Personalization: Add a human touch to your emails; refine your communication right up to delivery!
Brand voice: Keep the DNA of your brand voice in your notifications and communicate in the same way as you would on your website or in your newsletters.

Shipping carrier process: Explain the steps your customers might take in the event of a damaged, returned, or lost package.
