Shipup Chrome extension
How does it work?
When your agents open a customer ticket, Shipup's Chrome extension automatically finds the customer's email address and displays the order and package information associated with that customer.
This information includes:
Order numbers (last 6 orders in the last 6 months)
Tracking numbers
Carrier events
Shipup notifications
Delivery address
If no email is found on the page, your agent can also search manually by email address or order number.
