Filter carrier notifications

FAQ

The notification filter is active, but it shows "0 notifications received" in the last 30 days. Why?

There are two possible reasons for this:

1. The carrier did not send any of these notifications during the specified period.

2. There is an error in the email tokenization. Here is the technical documentation to check.

We use a notification with the carrier that does not appear in the filter. What should we do?
