Once you have tokenized the carrier emails (see technical documentation), you can select the notifications you wish to block in Shipup.

In your Shipup account, go to Notifications > Filter carrier notifications.

There are 3 different tag types for each notification:

Info: The notification communicates delivery information that does not require any interaction by the customer.
Available in Shipup: The notification exists in Shipup. We therefore recommend that you block this type of notification.
Interactive: The notification communicates delivery information that requires an action by the customer. We recommend that you do not block this notification, especially when it is not available in Shipup.
