This functionality is not activated by default.

Please contact us via the contact form below or at support@shipup.co to let us know you wish to activate it.

Once you have tokenized the carrier emails (see technical documentation), you can select the notifications you wish to block in Shipup.

Go to Notifications > Filter carrier notifications

There are 3 different tag types for each notification:

Info: The notification provides delivery information that does not require interaction with the customer.
Available in Shipup: The notification exists in Shipup. Therefore, we recommend that you block this type of notification.
Interactive: The notification provides delivery information that requires interaction by the customer.

For each carrier, select the notifications you want to filter by selecting "Pass" or "Block".
