How to generate Shipup alerts in Gorgias

• Install the Gorgias app in Shipup:

  • Go to Integrations > "Add an integration".

  • Ou, plus simple, cliquez here.

• Fill in the required fields.

Once the Gorgias app has been installed in Shipup, you can set the events for which you wish to be alerted in Gorgias.

The steps are simple:

• Navigate to Notifications > Editor (or click here).

• Activate the Gorgias channel by clicking on "Edit" in "Channels".
