We are thrilled to announce a major enhancement to our Smart Delivery Estimate (SDE) feature: the introduction of Carrier-specific cut-off times. This new functionality is designed to significantly increase the accuracy of shipping times.
Why this matters
Until now, our shipping time calculations were based on a one-size-fits-all approach. By incorporating carrier-specific cut-off times, we're making a giant leap towards reflecting the actual operations of warehouses more accurately. Our research indicates that this update can improve shipping time accuracy by more than 10%.
How it works
Each carrier you work with may have different pick-up schedules. Recognizing this, we now allow you to set unique cut-off times for each carrier per warehouse directly from your warehouse settings.
For example, if you use both Colissimo and Chronopost, but they have different pick-up times at your warehouse, you can now set distinct cut-off times for each.
