Multi-packages
What are multi-packages?
Multi-packages are generally used when:
The order is too large to be shipped in one package.
Orders are dispatched from various warehouses.
The order is not complete at the moment. The first part is shipping now and the rest will ship later.
When this is the case, the order appears as in the images on the left.
If you are connected to Shipup via an e-commerce platform (Shopify, Prestashop, etc.)
Easy! you have nothing to do and nothing to set up. We receive the necessary information automatically.
If you are connected to Shipup via FTP or API
In this case, you will need to send us several "fulfillments" (one per package).
