Shipup's attribution model

We attribute your revenue to Shipup when a customer makes a purchase after interacting with your notifications or tracking page.

What types of interaction does Shipup take into account?

We take 2 types of interaction into account:

  • Click: A customer completed a purchase within 5 days after clicking a URL found in Shipup's notifications or tracking page (promotional banners, social media links, etc.).

  • View: A customer completed a purchase within 3 days after opening Shipup's notifications or visiting the tracking page.

What you can analyze in this dashboard:

Orders

You can analyze:

  • Total orders

  • Total repurchases

  • Orders placed thanks to Shipup

  • Shipup's contribution to overall repurchases

  • Orders placed thanks to Shipup notifications

  • Orders placed thanks to the Shipup tracking page

Notifications

You can see the evolution of indicators between the selected period and the previous one.

  • Notifications delivered: Total email notifications delivered by Shipup (excluding notifications sent to your customer support team).

  • Orders placed thanks to our Notifications: Total orders placed following an interaction with Shipup emails.

  • Global Open Rate: Open rate of all emails delivered to your customers during the date or interval you've selected. Please note that this open rate does NOT include any notifications sent to your customer support teams. 

  • Global CTR: Percentage of emails opened that were also clicked.

  • Global Conversion Rate: The share of email notifications opened that generated a repurchase from your customers.

  • Performance per notification category: This widget aggregates the performance of all notifications in any given category.


    You can also analyze:

Tracking page

  • Traffic: Total number of visits to the tracking page.

  • Orders placed thanks to our Tracking Page: Total orders placed following an interaction with Shipup's tracking page.

  • Average visit per order: Average number of tracking page visits for each order placed.

  • Click-through rate: The share of visits to the tracking page that resulted in customers clicking on a link on the tracking page.

  • Conversion rate: The share of visits to the tracking page that have generated a repurchase from your customers.
