Pre-shipment notifications

What are pre-shipment notifications?

Shipup allows you to send notifications during the order preparation phase.

This phase begins when an order is placed, and ends when the order is handed over to the carrier (or fulfilled, depending on the display).

Pre-shipment notifications are unique in that they are generated before Shipup receives a tracking number, and therefore before any event is registered by the carrier. They are only generated and triggered for the contents of the order and enable you to follow the preparation process until the carrier picks up the package.
