Shipup basics

Shipup offers several ways of importing orders and their associated information.

How does this work?

In addition to package numbers, we synchronize all available information associated with orders (such as order content, delivery address, etc.).

This data from your e-commerce application or via an FTP or API feed will be combined with carrier data (called events) to ensure optimal tracking of the packages you ship.

How do I import my orders/packages into Shipup?

There are 3 ways to import your orders/packages into Shipup:

• Connection to an e-commerce platform:

  • Go to the "Integrations" tab in your Shipup account

  • Click "Add an integration" at the top right of the page
