Why this matters:
We know how tricky it can be to make sense of your carrier data and spot trends over time. It’s especially tough when your logistics dashboard doesn’t give you the full context.
💡 That’s why we’ve introduced Period Comparison—a simple way to see how you’re doing, spot improvements, and tackle what needs work at a glance.
What's new?
With this update, every KPI widget on your logistics dashboard now shows:
An indicator (red or green) that tells you if things are improving or not.
The option to pick a specific comparison period so you can analyze trends the way you want to.
How it works?
No setup needed
This feature is ready to use! Look for red and green labels:
Green = Good news! Your KPI has improved.
Red = Heads-up. Your KPI needs attention.
Default comparison with the previous period
By default, your dashboard compares the selected period with the one right before it.
Example:
If you’re looking at March 14–20, the dashboard will automatically compare it to March 6–13.
Pick your own comparison period
Want more flexibility? You can switch to a different comparison period anytime. Just use the new date selector next to the usual one.
Where can you use it?
Logistics Dashboard: Available on all KPI widgets.
Other Dashboards:
Marketing Dashboard: Compare with the previous period only.
Incidents Dashboard: Full comparison options available.
Q/A:
Do I need to turn this on?
-> Nope, it’s automatic and ready to go.
Can I use this outside the logistics dashboard?
-> Yes! It’s also available in:
The Marketing Dashboard (previous period only).
The Incidents Dashboard (all features available).
Does this work for every widget?
-> No, this feature is only for KPI widgets.
How can I use this in real life?
-> Here are a couple of ideas:
Compare your year-on-year delivery times without needing to save screenshots. Everything’s in one place!
Quickly figure out what needs your attention by spotting red indicators and prioritizing them.
The Period Comparison feature is here to make tracking trends easier and faster. You can spend less time analyzing data and more time improving what matters most to your business.
