Tracking page hosted on your site

Integration using the ShipupJS library involves creating a page and adding a script to that page.

General information

• Refer to our technical documentation

• The page must be hosted under the domain name https://my-shop.com/trackingpage

• The API key to connect to Shipup is available by clicking here

Go to Tracking page > Tracking page settings

• Click "Embed through ShipupJS" to display your public API key (see image first image on left).

• Once the URL is created, remember to replace the existing URL in the "URL where your tracking page is hosted" field (second carousel image).

• Remember to toggle on "Replace carrier links".

Note that you can integrate the tracking page:

• on your customer's account

• or in the order confirmation email, using the identification variables package number and email address in the URL

When you host the tracking page on your site, it's possible to decline this page into different URLs (to manage different languages, for example).
