We launched a new template editor in Q3, continuously improving it with features like AI automatic translation and template duplication.

To provide a better experience, the old templates will no longer be supported. The new templates offer a more efficient, user-friendly solution and endless branding possibilities

What happens if I don’t enable the new templates?

Until the end of May, you can review and enable your new templates manually.

After that, your email templates will be automatically switched to the new version, ensuring continuity and an improved experience.

Can I edit my templates before enabling them?

Yes! You can preview and adjust your new templates before activation.

Once enabled, notifications will use the new template.

Can I go back to the old templates after switching to the new ones?

No, once the transition is complete, the old templates will no longer be available. The new templates are designed to be more efficient and easier to use.

Do I need to do anything to prepare for this change?

Not much! You’ll have the opportunity to review your new templates before enabling them and make adjustments if needed.

If you don’t take action, your templates will be updated automatically after the end of May.

What if I’m currently redesigning my templates?

If you're in the process of modifying your emails, your custom templates will be retained. You can continue working on them after the update.
