With the Translation Manager, you can edit, review, and translate your notifications side by side, all in one place.
How to access the Translation Manager?
You can access it from two entry points:
From the Notifications Editor via the “Translate” button
From the navigation bar under Notifications > Translation manager
🧭 How it works
The Translation Manager is designed as a side-by-side workspace, so you can easily compare and edit multiple languages at once.
🔎 Step 1 : Select what you want to edit
Choose a notification category : Use the tabs to select a notification category.
Refine with filters: You can filter notifications by :
Status: Active (default), Inactive, All
Channel: Email (default), SMS, WhatsApp, Support
👉 Only matching notifications will be displayed.
🌐 Step 2 : Choose your languages
You can select:
A source language (reference)
A target language (translation)
💡 If you open the Translation Manager from a notification, the source language is automatically pre-filled.
✍️ Step 3 : Edit your content
Each notification appears in two columns:
Left column —> Source language
Displays the original content
Fully editable
Serves as your reference
Right column —> Target language
Displays the translated version
Fully editable
You can translate automatically using our AI translation

Depending on the channel:

✨ Good news: Liquid variables are fully supported and preserved
💾 Saving your changes
All edits are manual and independent between languages.
Update:
Saves all your changes
Applies them to the selected notifications
Cancel
Discards all changes
Restores the last saved version
⚠️ Unsaved changes
If you try to leave or change something without saving:
A warning modal will appear
You can:
Confirm exit → discard changes
Go back → continue editing
