Using this integration gives you a global view by having your customers' conversations directly linked to delivery tracking information.

So you can easily understand a customer's problem in chat, simply by looking at the Shipup window displaying their packages.

What's more, you'll be able to create tickets automatically, which will be sent directly to your customer service department. This means you'll be notified immediately if there's a problem with a package, without having to log in and search for the information in Shipup.
