We offer 3 different methods to integrate your tracking page, depending on your requirements. You can integrate multiple tracking page on your website (e.g one publicly available on a "/tracking" url on your store and one in your customers order summary page).
We recommend that at least one of those pages is not restricted to authenticated users as most of the traffic of your traffic page will come from tracking links in Shipup notifications: It's a better experience for your customers if they don't need to input their credentials, particularly while browsing on mobile.
You can display your tracking page through :
- ShipupJS, our embeddable JS library (see documentation)
Pros: Most flexible integration, embed anywhere.
Cons: Access to your store code required.
- Our Shopify one-click integration
Pros: Easy setup, no code required, page lives in your store.
Cons: Low customization, store needs to be built with Shopify.
- Or we can host the tracking page for you (comming soon)
Pros: No setup, you can use your own domain name in front of the tracking page.
Cons: Low customization, page does not live in your store.
