Shipup's allows email customization depending on e-merchants customers spoken language. Here's a guide on how to achieve that.
1/ Available Languages
Shipup is currently available in those languages. You'll also find in this table the associated
language_code to add to the package information if you're sending it through our API or FTP implementation.
2/ Enabling multiple Languages
Upon creation, each company is assigned a default language. This language must be the most widely used among the customer base as emails will default to this language if a package information comes without language information.
To add additional languages, head over to your company settings page and select the languages you wish to add.
3/ Customize your email templates and notification wording
Each email template has a language. You'll thus need to create new templates for each additional language that you select. Similarly, you can customize the wording of all default notification message for any language. Head over to the Configure > Notification settings tab to change the wording of your emails.
